Job Summary:
 
1.        To lead sales force and local service team of defined office;
          领导分公司的销售和当地服务团队;
2.        To make and realize sales target and promote product in this area;
            制定销售目标并促进产品在此区域的销售;
3.        To co-ordinate works with back office, i.e. service, application, support from factories;

Duties & responsibilities:
 
1.        Sales of company machines to reach company target
销售公司的机床以完成公司的目标
 
2.        Build, develop and motivate a team of strong sales force (including MIS training) & local service capacity
建立、发展并推动一个团队,包括强大的销售力(包括MIS的培训)和当地服务支持能力
 
3.        Develop new accounts & business opportunities
发掘新客户和商业机会
 
4.        Create product awareness to the market/areas assigned
增强产品在负责的区域/市场内的知名度
 
5.        Find suitable candidates for empty sales areas
为销售区域的职位空缺寻找合适的应聘候选人
 
6.        Analyze local sales areas and develop strategies for improved area sales effectiveness
分析当地销售区域和发展战略,以提高区域销售效力
 
7.        Review/analyze sales forecast against actual sales weekly and find solutions with the sales team for performance improvement. (Performance Management – including proper job appraisal evaluation) 
每周审查/分析销售量的预测与实际销售对比,找出解决销售团队提高业绩的方法(业绩管理—包括适合的工作评价)
 
8.        Ensuring that subordinates are being trained and equipped with proper knowledge and skills through Training Needs Analysis
通过培训需要分析来保证下属受培训并具备必要的知识和技能
 
9.        Responsible for ensuring and driving the team to achieve and exceed the yearly   
            有责任保证带领团队完成并超过每年设定的预算
 
10.   Operating within the budget to run the operation in the most cost effective manner

11.   To handle local customers enquiries/ requirements

12.   Build strong rapport with customers

13.   Ensure fast and correct quotation procedure to customers

14.   Involve in price negotiation between sales manager and customers

15.   Ensure goods are received and delivered to customers as per requested dates

16.   Take over responsibility for collecting FAP signature from customer after machine instalment
负责在机械安装后收集客户的最终验收证明
 
17.   Facilitate and update the accounts department on payments
向财务部门更新付款信息
 
18.   Formulation of new sales presentation slides when necessary
必要时制作新的销售介绍演示文件
 
19.   Prepare sales reports (weekly) and forecasts (monthly)
准备每周的销售报告和每月的预测
 
20.   Source for customers through cold calls, emails, and appointments, etc.
通过电话、电子邮件和约见等争取客户来源
 
21.   Any other responsibilities that the company may assign from time to time based on need

Job Requirements

 
1.Bachelor Degree with Major in Marketing or in Mechanical Engineering related field
市场营销或机械工程相关专业本科以上学历
 
2. Minimum of 7 years work experience as a sales manager in a multinational company and minimum 2 years management experience relate to machine tool business
至少7年在跨国公司销售经理工作经验,2年以上在机床相关领域
 
3. Good understanding of the mechanical products as well as well experiences in commercial
了解机械产品,有良好商务经验
 
4.  Excellent English, good computer skills
优秀的口头及书面英语能力,良好的计算机技能。
 
5.   Excellent communication skills, pro-active and independent, team worker
