Job Description

 
Responsibilities:
 
1.   Promote the sales in international market, cooperate with Regional sales and find new distributor and customers.
 
2.   Be responsible for managing business development, sales growth to rapidly gain market share.
 
3.   Determine target accounts through research, market analysis and visits to distributors, customers.
 
4.   Take the lead role by personally handle corporate accounts; win the business at the business margin objectives.
 
5.   Establish budget for New Product Introduction, volume, product mix, gross margin.
 
6.   Lead and manage the customer service function.
 
7.   Monitor and report on the financial performance, sales, margins and cost management.
 
8.   Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) 关键绩效指标
 
1.   Performance to sales budget, gross profit and field selling expenses
 
2.   Hiring, training and performance of the field staff in a timely and effective manner
 
3.   Customer satisfaction through the Customer service internal and external
 
4.   Admin, timely and accurate reporting, reduction in outstanding debt (reduction in receivables)

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
 
 1.  B.S. required, preferably in Engineering, Technical field or equivalent related experience.
 
2.    Prefer 5 years and over relevant working experiences
 
3.    Establishes and exploits good, mutually beneficial relationships with customers, key institutions other relevant bodies.
 
4.    Good at operation MS Office system, especially at Excel.
 
5.    Good interpersonal skill
 
6.    Honest, self-motivated, good team work
 
7.    Fluent written & verbal English communication skills.
