Job Description

1. Implementation of the strategic lines :
Implement market penetration strategy for group product ranges, covering the scope of the three product divisions
Plan and manage execution of effective sales strategies, review performance parameters and take corrective action with the objective of ensuring achievement of targets as per plan WITHIN company policies, business plans and guidelines.
Builds the related budget/target for his area.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Sales & Marketing Responsibilities :

Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Implementation the action plan.
Animates the sales dept. of the dealers through visits of sales points and customers. He makes sure that the sales representatives are active with the 、 product range.
Competition Analysis, Provides timely & accurate competitive information.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
In conjunction with Service and Parts Dept, assist in parts and service support related matters to our dealers and end-users.
Setting testimonials for Dealers by taking lead in converting enquiries to orders.
Identify key customer accounts; build relations and understand customer issues; ensure retention through structured and priority attention through in-house means and dealers IN ORDER TO ensure high degree of repeat business and continuity of business.

3. Accountability:

Sales Revenue Generation for the assigned territory.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Dealer Development & Management.
Customer Relationship & retention.

4. Training :

1) Makes sure the level of product knowledge of the sales network is adapted and up-to-date.
2) Organizes and conducts training sessions for the sales network.

5. Feedback & Coordination :

1) Assures a regular feedback on his territory
2) He is responsible for the reporting as requested by HQ on his area.

The person:
1) Prior experience in Concept or Application selling would be preferred
2) The incumbent should have handled management responsibility for a region and should have exposure to direct and indirect sales, dealer management and cross functional responsibility.
3) Self starter with effective communication and presentation skills
4) Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
5) Results oriented with capable leadership skills
6) Commercial knowledge of import, sales, sales financing
7) Ability to communicate fluently in both English & Mandarin.
