Job Description

1. Achieve the sales target for the crane business with SOE clients in petro-chemical industry.
2. To understand the specifics of customers in the industry, such as customer needs and expectations, and by occasion, turn them to business opportunities. Further, drive Terex Cranes alignment along those needs.
3. Assist in setting up sales quota, develop and implement marketing and sales plan, deliver high quality service and increase trading volumes of clients.
4. To identify problem, lead resolution of significant business issues affecting Terex Cranes in a professional way.
5. Monitor competitor activities, collect and feedback market info and report sales progress regularly to the line manager.
6. Drive customer satisfaction by daily maintaining relationship, monitoring Terex performance and by focusing internal resource on customer expectations.
 


Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree
Language: Good command of Mandarin and fluent-in-English is a plus.
Work Experience:
1. No less than 3 years KA/regional sales experience with related clients.
2. Qualifications:
3. Preferably from crane makers, from the other CE makers or valve, meter and instrument makers are acceptable.
4. Be in-depth skill in launching new product in terms of cost-effective sales.
5. Understanding the client’s investment behavior and orientation.
6. Open-minded, high responsive, self-motivated, good time-management, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
7. Familiar with MS-Office software.
8. Commercial Savvy and Strategic thinking.
