Job Description

1. • Strong sales hunter mentality is essential, the candidate must possess ability to identify, qualify, and close business opportunities.
2. • Well-developed negotiation skills.
3. • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication skills and the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior management levels at customers and in the BU Energy Group.
4. • Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to manage in a busy environment.
5. • Demonstrated success working independently and in a team environment.
6. • PC proficient, including MS Office and Oracle. Experience with CRM preferred.
7. • Ability to travel internationally.
8. • Solid background and knowledge of served markets.

Job Requirements

1. Develop new business opportunities with current & prospective Customers.
2.Maintain a close working relationship with the Customer organization.
3. dffectively engage/coordinate internal resources to assist in defining opportunities and working with the prospect or Customer decision making teams.
4. Coordinate all RFQ's & business agreements between the company and Customer.
5. Assist in coordinating Customer visits with engineering, manufacturing, sales and facility administration.
6. Support the budget planning process by supplying orders forecast and significant market opportunities.
7. Comply with all the BU Energy Group and the Corporate policies.
8. Other responsibilities as may be assigned.
