Job Description

1. Motivate and coordinate the effects of territory reps to achieve territory sales targets (including development of distribution)
2. Establish a monitoring program to provide feedback to customers (minimum quarterly)
3. Provide status reports to team members
4. Motivate and coordinate team members to ensure National Account customer satisfaction levels and sales targets are achieved
5. Accompany territory reps on calls to Key Accounts
Account Management – Key Accounts
1. Achieve sales targets
2. Implement pricing strategies
3. Implement policies established to govern relationships
4. Secure agreements with Key Accounts (long-term where possible)
Strategic Planning
1. Provide input to annual and “rolling” sales forecast models
2. Monitor progress toward forecast achievement (by monitoring customer activity)
3. Maintain records of price changes (affecting forecast achievement)
4. Observe market trends and recommend strategic actions

Job Requirements

Personal Issues
1. Ensure methods exist to recognize and reward the efforts of territory reps
2. Prepare and maintain job documents and job standards
3. Prepare and present job and performance reviews
4. Identify manpower requirements
5. Monitor compliance with personnel policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:

1. Computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office products and familiarity with Internet access
2. Knowledge of Quality Systems (OEAP & OCH) and Statistical Process Control Techniques used at OCH.
3. Knowledge of APQP principles and how to apply those principles
4. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and Environmental requirements
5. Communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
6. Product knowledge (ICM Level II Product Training) + knowledge of installation tooling systems
7. Project management for introduction of new customers to OEA facilities
8. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
9. Mechanical aptitude

Education & Experience:
1. 5 years experience in Industrial Sales Management
2. Business skills training
3. Business or Engineering Degree Required
