1. Communicate roadmap and results of LEAN activities
2. Aggregate Workshop results and reports to LEAN manager

3. Set up LEAN organization and define LEAN roadmap
4. Arrange workshop with GB leader and managers
5. Define workshop targets and workshop scope and LEAN
trainers functionally
6. Responsible for compliance with defined workshop method
7. Ensure quality of workshop execution
8. Responsible for development and compliance of qualification
level of LEAN trainers
9. Ensure achievement of targets through responsible manager
10. Responsible for level of maturity in LEAN and cultural change
of the plant
11. Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality
12. Support and take initiatives on LEAN
13. Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security Support on
Environmental Management

Job Requirements
Requirements
1. Knowledge about production and technology
2. Team ability, forcefulness, high readiness for use and capacity
3. Knowledge about: SAP, MS Office
4. Should have work experience as technician, industrial engineer
in automotive or industrial. Must know about several kinds of
production types like workshop production.
5. Bachelor degree or above
6. Goal focus and willingness to change
7. Thinking outside the box and good at decision making
8. Good English
