Job title: Marketing Service Manager

Report to: Marketing Director

Subordinate:4

Location: Wuxi

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Strategical Marketing

1.1. Market analysis:

a) Competitor analysis (strong- weak points)

b) Customer analysis (Key accounts, Branches- increasing potentials where we are not present, customer portfolio)

c)  Economy analysis (Trends in the markets)

1.2. Company Analysis:

a) Benchmarketing (Comparison with competitors)

b) Best Practice.

1.3. Coordination of the OI-Plan Process for the region.

 

2. Communication

2.1. Coordination with the PO of the concept and production of advertising materials, planning and realisation of Exhibitions within the region, with the support of the HQ

2.2. Support to all Sales units when realizing those activities, particularly for those where a Marketing person is not foreseen.

2.3. Coordination of the planned advertising measures within the Region

2.4. Coordination of the planned by HQ sales measures.

2.5. Identification of needs, organization and planning of “local” promotions within the Region.   

2.6. Planning, Organisation/ implementation of PR- Measures within the region

 

3. Product

3.1. Analysis of the market product requests- Market requirements and specific market trends within the Region.

3.2. Coordination with HQ for the Product range and Phased out products

3.3. To assure the flow of Product information from and to HQ.

 

4.  Distribution

4.1. To assure the Product availability through stock planning information of Standard-Catalogue products in coordination with HQ

4.2. Sales Support and controlling

4.3. To assure and support the Sales unit in the implementation of the WALTER + TITEX +PROTOTYP  sales strategies (Key accounts, Distributor strategy).

4.4. To assure and support a uniform Market approach within the Region.

4.5. Support and encourage new Business Development.

 

5. Pricing & Profitability

5.1. Monitor the Competitor pricing activities in the market

5.2. To support in the introduction of the new Price List

5.3. To support the Markets to reach the planned Net Market Price Level

5.4. Follow-up the Discount level by Customer Category / Product Account according to the strategy

5.5. To support the Markets in the implementation of the Discount Benchmark.

5.6. To control the Customer Profitability in the Region.

5.7. International Group Agreement: provide support to the Markets to reach the planned target Net Price Level and coordinate feedabck between HQ and Markets.


Job Requirements

 Requirements:

1.         Good personality and management skills to motivate and lead the strong marketing service team

2.         Good understanding on how to analyze sales figures and external statistics

3.         Customer orientated thinking

4.         Experienced in using the traditional marketing mix and E-marketing to develop the brand recognition

5.         Understand himself as a service center supporting the field and technical sales teams

6.         Strong communication skill

7.         Team player and leader

8.         Very good English and Mandarin

9.         Computer literate

10.     Bachelor degree

11.     At least 3 years marketing experience in an industry related market segment
