1. Develop contract business in China.

2. Establish and manage the relationships with agents, designers, architects and contract partners in the territory. Understand the needs of all them and provide the suitable solution in communication with the China HQ.

3. Promote and sell products through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships.

4. Work very closely with the customers and also with the company’s pre-sales and after-sales departments, taking care of the project lead times and arranging some maintenance service after customer requirements.

5. Be responsible for correctly covering sales activity (retail and contract) respecting guidelines established by the company

6. Negotiate payment conditions and keep truck on the AR.

7. Be in charge of correct application of commercial policy for the client

8. Actively and jointly participate with Sales and Mktg, defining mktg strategy for own competence territory


Job Requirements

 Requirements

1.Spoken Languages • Good command in the English language is a plus but not a must

2.Experienced, should have 2 years working experience in China in the lighting business or in the contractor business for premium brands

3.Computer literate with good communication skills both written and oral

4.With excellent leadership capabilities and can handle complex functions

5.Results-driven and an excellent team-player

6.Deep skills in prospecting activity and relations skills

7.Experience in commercial planning and sales

8.Able to outline and manage prices policy and planned actions

9.Competence in judging economic affinity in commercial actions

10.Dynamic, energetic and enterprising; able to work autonomously

11.Focused on results, rational, able to accomplish the outlined plans and fulfill assignments
