Position Title: Sales Executive Taiwan
Reporting to: Sales Manage-- Greater China
Position Summary
Responsible for the the business development in the overall Taiwan regions, focus on the sectors of vehicle (passenger vehicle, industrial and commercial vehicles) and industrial applications
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Responsibilities
• Acquisition and development of customers with high-value applications within
designated region(s) , to alignment with the global sales team strategies
• Pricing and operational margin development of regional accounts
• Operational Responsibilities
• Responsible for negotiations with pricing, margin development and customer
contracts
• Execution of the different application sales activities supported by Application
Management
• Verification of customer specific requirements and responsible for the compliance
with ISO9000 /TS16949 and ISO 14000 norms
• Development of key accounts regionally and globally coordinated with all other
regions (volume, pricing, new projects, local support, etc.)
• Understands markets and identifies additional business potentials on regional level
• Implementation of the marketing strategy and objectives
• Proactive market research for market requirements and future products and
communication of relevant information
• Monthly reporting about sales development with detailed explanation of substantial
deviations
• Use CRM system to manage the daily sales activities and information sharing.
• Regular report to Sale Manager with business updates and account / project
information.
• Effective communication and close work between customers and internal company.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

• All functional team within sales dept. (incl. Sales admin., CS, Logistics, TCS, etc.)

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
• Fluent English is a must
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Proactive, thinking out of box
• Excellent communication skill
• Willing to build up and could afford business travelling
• Have license and good at driving.
Education / Experience
• Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical or engineering is preferable.
