Title: PMC Manager

Report to: SCM Director

Location: Dongguan

 Job description

1.      Development of concept and procedures for both the production and inventory control criterions.

2.      Administration of the own team including the development, training and management.

3.      Provide the effective measurement of both on time production/ FGs shipment performance compliance. Propose the recovery plan for any performance discrepancy. ( plan vs. actual ).

4.      Negotiating and administrate the logistics services providers.

5.      Establish guidance to run the efficient internal logistics system including the warehousing management.

6.      Liaise and cooperate with other internal departments for the inbound logistics support for all materials, samples, equipment, machineries, etc.

7.      To participate and play a key role to drive the proper and accurate stock book ledgers and factories handbook transfer accord to the local customs regulations.

8.      To coordinate and release the regular materials ordering to other brother factories accord to the production plan demands.


Job Requirements

1. Graduate from business administration or commerce or industrial engineering.
 
2. Minimum 8 years in the PMC experiences preferably with a manufacturing company, including 5 years experiences in managing the either purchasing/warehousing/supply chain functionalities/production and inventory control.
 
3. With ERP system operation knowledge is required. Knowledge in SAP or Syteline system experience is preferable.
 
4. Holder of International or National Certified PMC qualification is preferable.
 
5. Fluent in English, Mandarin.
 
6. Cantonese and other languages is preferable.
 
7. Capable computer skill and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 
8. Initiative, self motivate, team working
