Job Description

 Our client is a famous company from the USA with  equipment products for gardening, agriculture etc, what they are now looking for is as the following

Position : China HR Manager

Reporting to GM from USA

Responsibility:
- Participates in the Training, recruitment , talent development progress, discussing for talent needs,
- Screening applications and conducting interviews.
- Manages/conducts employee training programs and ensure the illusion .
- Responsible for the management of the 3rd party labor agency
- Full responsible for workforce, discipline, employee relationship and PDR for all direct worker including the 3rd party employees.
- Participate in the project of performance system improvement and provide the compensation solution for the piece worker, ensure the compensation scheme implementation of employees.
- Involve all HR project and provide the support upon the request.
- Identify the applicable EHS regulation and standards of HR field; periodically monitor on the regulation changes. Assist the EHS Department to update the plant EHS procedures and improve the EHS programs accordingly.


Job Requirements


·Very good communication skills especially in English
·Ability to deal with issues and solve them, having a pragmatic approach
·Ability to work in an international environment
·Bachelor degree or above.
·At least 10 years of human resource professional experience in multinational company. Experience in international factory is a plus.
·Good computer and English speaking & written ability.
·Good skills for presentation and communication.
·Good team spirit and customer focus.
·Self motivator with initiative & good at workforce planning
