Job Description

 Our client is an multinational company from Europe, with component products for commercial vehicle, to meet with their fast expansion, they are now looking for a high caliber to join with their management team

Position Title:  Site Plant Manager

Reporting to:  China CEO

Location: new plant in Yangzhou

 

Job description

 

1. Coordinate all the operation elements of the branch, including Production, IE, Quality and Cost；

2、Develop, deploy and execute functional process according to the function strategies defined by HQ

3、Mid-term and short-term planning processes in cooperation with the direct manager

4、Cost analysis, review and ongoing controlling & saving

5、People Leadership (Target setting and controlling, performance and competency appraisal, feedback and recognition, personnel placement planning and people development, etc.)

6、Process driver for all processes linked to HQ internal management system related

7、Assure factory output on adequate quality level according to production program; ensure ramp-up of production

8、Assure continues improvement and organization of production as required by HQ internal production system

9、Assure localization progress by efficient production engineering

10、Supervise material management, purchase of all kind of material and equipment, receiving, storage and dispatch

11、Assure constant improvement of productivity and economy

12、Assure all operation rules, procedures, action & documentations follow ISO9001

 

 

 

Job Requirements

 

University degree in engineering (mechanical, automotive, or other mechanical related); or Management with Engineer Background

Senior Operation Manager position in the area of assembly/ manufacturing industry (e.g.  automotive, machine etc.);
