Job Description

Our client  is a German based company offering the gear and brake system into Cranes, Wind Turbine  and Lift systems sector, 
Joinining into China market over 15 years, with manufacturing and Sales Office in shanghai,  now with the business expansion, they are looking for 
Position Title:  Sales Director
Reporting to:  China MD
Team members: around 15
Location: Shanghai Pudong
Job Duties
- Strategy and planning: Develop and monitor the implementation of Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Customer strategy in order to achieve the company’s strategy, business plans and KPIs.
- Relationship development and maintenance: Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with distributors, contractors, end-users in order to promote company’s products and develop profitable business relationships.
- Sales: Drive the promotion and sales products and services that meet with customers' business needs; and negotiate large contracts with international customers in cooperation with Group Company.
- Product and customer database: Analyze and maintain current information regarding competitors ‘s actions, product development and price policies, and as appropriate, recommend plans to achieve improved market position.
- People development and management: Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members; and manage motivate and encourage the sales team.

Job Requirements

 Job Qualifications

- Bachelor or master degree, major degreed with technical background as preferred
- More than 10 years’ experience in industrials products markets, at least 8 years working experience in sales management, including people management experience
- Experience of working in foreign companies
- Fluent in English
