Job Description

 Our client is an well-known Canadian international company, which designs and manufactures for three areas: juvenile products, bicycles and other recreational products, home furnishings.

Training

l  Plan and design the development roadmap and training system .

l  Build up and continuously improve the succession plan.

l  Evaluate and understand the needs of trainings through internal survey and analysis, and bring up with in-depth reports and proposal on trainings to meet the functional needs and business requirements. Plan and monitor the training budget.

l  Shape the training plan and monitor the deployment. Evaluate and monitor the training quality.

l  Explore and evaluate the external training resources and extend the training channels.

l  Build up and develop the internal trainer team so as to leverage the cross-functional training resources.

l  Design and deploy the trainee development program.

l  Edit and publish the employee manual.

 

Communications

u  Build up the internal and external communications channels.

u  Work with Marketing to promote the company brand.

u  Lead the employee satisfaction survey program.

u  Develop and launch engagement activities via all communication channels.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor degree or above, .
  • At least 5 years working experiences in manfacturing industry, FMCG l industry is preferred, more than 3 years in MNC in training or management field.
  • Knowledge of training system management.  Understand and use training approaches and tools. Could design and implement training program.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Good command of Microsoft office such as PPT,
  • Proactively drive innovation and change to build up world-class training system.
  • Good internal & external communication skills.
