Job Description

 Our client  have successful business for more than 7  decades with headquarter located in Europe. As a high-end and global leading company in the industry of welding equipment ,their footprints cover more than 60 countries and have been widely used in various industries, like automotive, aerospace, Industrial sector, etc.

In china, they are now experiencing fast growing, therefore need more talents to join with their management team, below is one of the postions

Sustainable implementation of the divisional strategy and sales and service processes , particularly the creation of a 2nd level technical support organisation
Implementing management decisions
Responsibility for cost centre and budget
Giving technical seminars on investment and human resources planning
Developing and maintaining a network of welding associations, institutes, etc. in collaboration with the national Head of Sales
Collecting, organising and condensing technical market information and passing this headquarter
Performing tasks as outlined in the comamy application engineer / system technician / technician / Repair Center technician /Welding Data Application technician job descriptions
Coordinating team tasks and determining priorities
Carrying out regular team meetings and appraisals
Organising a regular exchange of experience 
Providing commercial and technical support for service requirements
SOC (Safety – Organisation – Cleanliness) in the organzation


Job Requirements

 Educational training, relevant professional experience:
Same specialist training as the application support (ref. 2.4.) and the equipment support (ref. 2.5.)
Management experience
Management training – business degree (knowledge of commercial management) 
Executive training with focus on team leadership
Project management
Presentation and chairing skills
Comprehensive IT skills
