1.      Structure detailed strategic plans for maintaining existing and building new business relationships and opportunities.

2.      Research and drive business expansion / collaboration opportunities for the market; develop, in conjunction with other senior management, the market’s strategic plan.

3.      Develop sales strategies and action plans for potential key relationships.

4.      Identify future industry trends and strategic commercial opportunities.

5.      Drive strong team development in the management of ongoing business relationships.

6.      Enhances existing commercial development programs and identify new pilot program opportunities.

7.      Develop strong commercial relationships on all levels.

8.      Stay abreast with industry intelligence and competitor dynamics.

9.      Participate in key industry organizations, maintain a high level of visibility.

10.    Develop short and long terms commercial plans and regular forecast reviews.

11.    Drive increased market share, profitability, customer buying experience and identifies new technology opportunities for product development.

12.    Play an active role in pinpointing and developing key global commercial opportunities in conjunction with the global Industrial products team.

Job Requirements

1.      4-6 years managing a commercial team within a successful engineered equipment organization.

2.      Proven track record in sales.

3.      Positive attitude towards producing results in revenue and profitability growth.

4.      Strong understanding of Users, OEMs, distributor and third party routes to markets, in all sectors.

5.      Ability to lead and direct a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and indifferences and connects need with Company.

6.      Self motivated with a positive demeanour.

7.      Excellent time management skills with ability to manage both day to day tasks whilst allowing for strategic planning and focus.

8.      Experience offering and promoting solutions and value adding in an engineering product environment.

9.      Demonstrated measureable revenue generation at a medium – large commercial organization.

10.    Management of teams responsible for direct customer contact / care.

11.    Successful record of developing high-performing sales organizations and recruiting top sales professional to drive business growth.

12.    Impeccable oral and verbal communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English.

13.    At least 3 years experience in a senior commercial role in a western run organization.

14.    Strong understanding of Sarbanes Oxley reporting requirements and USA – FCPA.

15.    Undergrad degree preferred; advanced degree viewed favourably.
