Job Description

 An  European based and leading company offering the cooling system with more than 70 years of history, is now hiring a sales GM to expand their business in China

Job Title:   Sales GM

Reports to:    Global VP 

Location:    Qingdao or Beijing

  • Oversees compnay China daily Sales operations.
  • Develop annual strategy and execute aggressive business plan to reach growth targets
  • Manage and define distribution network strategy including fulfillment model with direct customers, lead regional resources to maximize sales and service performance
  • Take full responsibility for delivering the regional budget, forecast and sales results
  • Coordinate and maximize key business and operational processes to ensure the most effective use of time and resources across all regions ; drive both innovation and transformation across the organization
  • Ensure individual team members are adequately trained and supported for future career progression, Provide clear directions on strategic goals, translating and prioritizing them into business and performance measures
  • Continuously review and report on overall business performance against key indicators and objectives; make strategic decisions and necessary changes to ensure business progress is in line with the strategic plans
  • Build strong relationships with key external government, principals, customers to ensure correct focus and direction for the operations and technology level
  • Leading the team to hit the target
  • Actively promote and develop service revenue opportunities
  • Represent Company on exhibitions and conferences actively by speech representation or high level discussions


Job Requirements

(a) Education Level:Bachelor degree, Master degree preferred. Major in Engineering or MBA is perferred.
(b) Working Experience
1) 15+ years experience with deep experience in sales operations role
2) Work experience in cooling system or HVAC producut is preferable.
