Job Title: Operation Director
Team size: arund 80 staff,
Reporting to : Asia CEO based in HK
Job responsibility:
  1. Ensuring efficient production, with the objective of delivering metal components in observation of quality, deadline, quantity, and cost requirements.
  2. Planning and ensuring the production, particularly with regard to deadlines and resources, in observation of quality, deadline, quantity and cost requirements at the site.
  3. Defining quality targets with regard to production and ensuring the derivation and implementation of improvement measures, with the objective of reducing the error rate and increasing customer satisfaction.
  4. Ensuring the definition and planning of the production process, including the planning of investment and production costs as well as the steady-state operation of the processes.
  5. Ensuring the cost-optimized product design, in consideration of production aspects and the performance of make-or-buy decisions. Continuous optimization of quality and production costs by means of Kaizen, CIP, lean manufacturing, etc.
  6. ·Ensuring the operational handling of the import and export business, taking care of customs inspections and monitoring the compliance of the customs authorisations vis-à-vis the customs authorities in accordance with the statutory regulations.
  7. Ensuring the definition and implementation of the global production strategy within the Strategy team. Breaking down the strategy into specific local and global projects as well as ensuring the controlling and reporting of these projects.
  8. Ensuring the functional support of the subsidiaries by sending out support teams for projects, training courses and operational support.
  9. Leading, motivating and developing subordinate employees within the scope of the corporate guidelines.

Job Requirements

  1. Rich production team building & management,  logistics , lean, Industry Engineering knowledge base and experience
  2. Bachelor degree or above; majoring in        Mechanical Engineering or related
  3. At least 10 years in professional field & 8 years in management
  4. excellent in the people management and business expanison 
  5. Excellent  English communication skills
