Job Description

 Our client is an international manufacturer of chassis, Axle systems and components, with headquarter in Europe,  therefore. Currently they are looking for a high caliber to drive the business growth in China


Position Title:  HR Manager

Reporting to:  HR Director

Location: Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province

 1. Build up the system for the human resource management, and improve the management process, ; be responsible for the implementation of the system; 

2. Organize and optimize the organizational structure. Organize and formulate various plans for the development of human resources, and supervise the implementation of the plans. 

3. Provide suggestions on human resource strategy and organization development to the senior management, and strive to improve the comprehensive management level of the company. 

4. Handle the recruitment for all kinds of post especially the high level positions;

 5. Shaping, maintaining, developing and disseminating corporate culture;

 6. Responsible for the establishment of company training system, the design and implementation of training courses;

 7. Design reasonable salary, welfare and performance programs to promote the company's business development and enhance the motivation of employees;

 8. Deal with major human resource issues in the process of company management in a timely manner;

 9. Be responsible for the management of labor contracts and employee files, and handle all kinds of employee relations.

 10. Daily overall administrative management;

 11. Complete all tasks assigned on a temporary basis.

Job Requirements

 1. More than five years of experience in human resources management positions, major in human resources, business administration, etc. 

2. Familiar with national labor laws and regulations, good at managing the risks with regard to the labor force, can provide professional suggestions and solutions related to the labor law;

 3. Professional design and implementation of performance and salary, professional recruitment channels 

4. Good communication and coordination ability, good logical thinking ability and strong learning ability.

 5. Ability of organization, analysis, diligence, dedication and teamwork; 

6. Experience in human resource management in large manufacturing industries is preferred
