 A leading company in the plastics industry, we have been developing, producing and installing sophisticated customer-specific cladding systems made of plastic for applications in a wide range of industries including medical technology, railways, sanitary facilities and plant engineering, as well as other industrial sectors, for decades.

1. As a key member of the company leadership working tigether with the CEO to define the business strategy and cooperate with the mother company group for the intercompany and global business.

2. Leading and managing the sales department to develop new sales market and remain the existing customers as well to fulfill the yearly sales target.
3. Setting up the yearly marketing plan, and leading and supervising the correct marketing activities, including marketing promotion, and market info collection and analysis.
4. Responsible the after-market relationship, and working together well with Quality and other departments to build up a solid customer-care service.

5. Providing the feedback from the market about the product improvement, new technology and market trend to the company on time.

Job Requirements

1. Fluent Spoken English is a compulsory
2. 2+ years sales manager experience is needed
3. Market experience for Composite material or Plastics material will be a plus
4. Often busines travelling is demanded
5. For composite application products, for instance, GRP or FRP covers
6. Shall have the competence to use Solidworks to read 3D data
7. Sales skills for market development (direct sales)
8. Leadership capability
