我们的客户为国内知名上市企业集团, 随着他们的业务的快速扩张,需要一位GM来管理他们的航空部件事业部, 并负责新工厂的组建, 因为需要同时管理海外的工厂, 该职位需要精通英文, 能流利的和母语为英文的外国人进行交流, 同时, 候选人需具备航空制造行业的经验

1.Provide leadership and direction while holding colleagues accountable for clearly achieving results
2.Responsible for business growth strategies and profitability of the organization, responsible for building up the new plant
3.Responsible for hiring and supervising department leaders
3.Build a strong organizational culture on teamwork, safety, corporate compliance, and sustainability
4.Provide strategic directions to aggressively grow market penetration and target top tier operational efficiency of the plant

Job Requirements

 Position requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4-year university degree in science majors
2.Minimum of three years of management experience as operation manager or deputy general manager in a Aerospace production company
3.Proven success in managing all aspects of a business operation (sales, marketing, purchasing, human resources, compliance, quality and manufacture) with P&L responsibility and strong strategic orientation
4.Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, strong business/operation aptitude, and a strong work ethic
5.Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and different audiences – sales, production, support, field technicians, direct reports, senior management, customers, and industry partners
6. Good command of English. fluent in speaking
