Job Description

Whether Europe, Asia, America or Africa .In China, they set up business in Suzhou Industrial Park in 2003 offering the electrical coupler (for railway), cable sets, ignition cable (for automotive, such as VW, Audi...) Commercial Vehicle, Railway transportation and Construction Machinery...etc.


  • Define the yearly and quarterly target base on KPIs control and report the KPIs
  • Follow the internal process base on IATF16949 and customer request and global or regional OEM specifications.
  • Global support and understanding of the OEM specific need and there validations processes.
  • Follow the order and turnover, and identify corrective actions to avoid deviation


  • Marketing analysis in Wallbox, Charge cable, and pot. Busisnes field (construction machinary)
  • Regaular meeting with customer technial, validations Lab. and purhasing dept.
  • Detail involve with the leading customers with new proejcts at the development stage.(design)
  • Define our customer/product strategy for each region
  • Help customer to write there own specification for pigtail and charging cables according the existing product
  • Define the yearly turnover
  • negaition and sales price with customer
  • Define the scale price with GM/BD director
  • Define the stategy and Pot. Customer with GM/BD director
  • Calcualte the sales price based our Standard
  • Coordinate the project internal (milstone)
  • Indentify the necessary exhibition
  • Coordinate the sales price
  • make visit report
  • Follow up the offers
  • define the sales contract(delivery, payment ter)
  • Optimize the project cost with team
  • Follow up the customer payment
  • Handling the NDA´s wih the customer and follow this agreed contact
  • Regular project meeting.

Job Requirements

  •  Experience Sales Automotive around > 5 years
  • Major in Electric
  • Knowledge/ Experience about Connector
  • Experience by Calculation
  • Experience Automotive Standards
  • Team Player
  • Be able to Travelling any time
  • Focusing at the Targets
  • Both Oral and writing in English/ Chinese
  • Experience Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Prefer living around 50km Suzhou
  • Self-confident in front of Customer
  • Experience with abroad customer
