Job Description

our client is a famous company from Europe with products of  axle and chassis systems, to enhance their market status, they are now looking for calibers for the below position

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Reporting to Plant Manager

Team Size: around 5

Location: Nanjing Around


Key responsibilities:


1.Leading equipment and facility team to maintain all the production equipment and facility, make them keeping in optimal status  
2.Coordinates day-to-day repair of equipment and facility.
3.Prepares, develops, and maintains Preventative Maintenance Program for equipment and the facility. 
4.Prepare monthly and quarterly report, analyze machine and facility breaking down time data and take action to reduce down time.
5.Make yearly maintenance budget and monitor and control maintenance expense usage within  budget.
6.Train & recruit engineer and technician and evaluate their performance
7.Make equipment improvements to improve equipment and facility safety, efficiency, product quality and reduce maintenance cost
8.Lead equipment and facility team to make ensure all our maintenance activity including vendors match with EHS requirement.



Job Requirements

1.College degree or above in engineering field such as mechanical, electrical or automation,  

2.Minimum 10 years relevant experience, over 3 years on managerial position
3.Excellent in office software, Knowledge in maintenance software  
4.Good experience in maintenance projects/knowledge and conception;
5.Strong ability for trouble shooting and TPM;
6.Good leadership and strong communication skill;
