Job Description

 Our client is an innovator and market leader in driving System such as motors with core competencies in the technology.  With head office in Germany, more than 50 years history, running the businss over 50 sales Office , 29 manufacturing base armed with 16,000 staff


 

  • Responsible for sourcing materials/suppliers based on technical drawing;
  • Develop/optimize supplier pool according to the business development; Ensure the supply chain is stable, cost Competitive, and define the yearly supplier strategy;
  • Optimize/Build up the purchasing process, improve the purchasing efficiency;
  • Manage responsible supplier’s contract, solve the delivery issue, and coach suppliers how to cooperate with our group in different area,
  • Use” volume buy” to find the cost down opportunity, work closely with original manufacturer and dealer to get best offer and delivery;
  • Get market information for part to avoid “spot buy” as possible as we can and avoid the material shortage in critical cases,
  • Defined and implement the yearly negotiation, use different negotiation tools to achieve the cost down target;
  • Cooperate with RD to continually find the cost competitive suppliers and enhance the second source strategy;
  • Support global purchasing team to source cost competitive supplier in CN/Asia

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor degree in technical background, at least 5 years related working experiences
  • Fluent English, both oral and written
  • Good communication skills and negotiation skill
  • Insight in developing purchasing strategies globally and locally.
  • Team player, sense of commercial
  • Integrity with professional business approach
