 Our client is a famous compan from the  Europe, in the industry of auto-electronic, to optimize their operations management of 1,800 employees in shenzhen, their product are offering the cable to new energy vehicle such as Tesla , ABB, BP...., they are now looking for a high caliber to join with their management team, with a experienced technical Leader role, 

Job Duties:

· Act as the senior Engineer on site to manage the operation of all onsite engineering resources and ensure that these resources are fit for purpose and organised to provide all necessary supports to the sites operating demands

·   A broad technical leadership position with responsibility for new product introduction (including providing technical leadership to product design, product development, product engineering, application engineering and value engineering).

·    Work as a key and senior member of a global engineering team that including product management and sales teams to define and develop new products to anticipate customer needs.

·    Identify and acquire new technologies, processes and/or materials to enhance the companys capabilities and competitiveness in the intended market.

·    Provide directions and leadership to the engineering teams in the company through hands-on resolution of technical problems at customers and the companys manufacturing sites.

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements:

 

  • Holder of mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.  Additional qualification in industrial engineering or design will be an added advantage.
  •  A technical engineer with strong hands-on experience for more than 10 years (preferably in tooling design or material research) 

 

 

  • Product and Process Management or Project Management.
  • Knowledge and Skills People management skills. Fluent in English, Knowledge of cultural diversity, A pro-active person. Persistent and consequent in what he / she does, and with the ability to lead people in PD activities. 
  • The ability to understand technical aspects and enforce the HR aspects. Motivated by continuous improvement and want to move the limits of what is possible
