In China, they runnning the operation more than 20 years, with 4 manufacturing base in North China, and South China, around more than 1,000 employess supporting the business locally. Now with the business expansion , they are looking for 

 

Job Title:BD Manager

Report to: Asia Sales Director

Location: flexible , home base

 

 

 

Job Duties:

 

 

 

 

 

  • Responsible for the sales and business development in assigned are
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full products offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales proces
  •  Prepare sales plans using company tools. Perform regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  • Create added value for the customer  and ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contract and proposal by using effective sales techniques. Communicate details in accordance with the company offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
  • Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
  • Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated area and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote solutions to customers. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage administrative procedures in sales process, and support collection and project management activities when needed.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement: 

  • 3+ years’ sales related working experience in Chemical industry or polymer industry

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passionate & strong learning agility
  • BSc degree in chemical or relevant field
