Job Description
- Lead technical solution team to development solutions for local customer needs.
- Define innovation approach to customer segments based on market/customer needs.
- Lead local customer projects and support customer visits and events.
- Lead technical solution team to provide proper solutions to support in China.
- Define innovation projects with potential customers, cooperate with global and regional innovation team for key customer projects.
- Cooperate with industry experts for innovation projects development
- Working closely with sales & market development team to support customer event including exhibition, seminars and workshop.
- Communicate and exchange technology know-how with other regions.
- Ensure alignment of marketing concepts with that of the technical solutions in line with the identified market approach for the customers.
- Offer ideas for new application and new solutions, ensure alignment of marketing concepts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, in Chemical Engineering.
- Must have minimum of 5 years application and technical working experience in related field.
- Familiar with polymer products and market.
- Outstanding communication skills, interpersonal skills and team-work spirit.
- Good understanding of the business model
- Fluency in English and computer level skill.
