Objective:
* Production teams structure goal setting and drive to achieve.
* Control and reduce production scrap, consumables and labour rate.
* Well disciplined and organized production team build up.
* Continue driving lean production with corrective or improvement actions to increasing productivity and decreasing scrap.
* Manage and optimize resources to support company level lean changes and new project.
* Ensure you are fully compliant and set a culture of safety first at production teams.
* Identify critical risks in the production processes and drive improvement as priority.
* Well maintain production reports with fact data.
* 6S improvement & maintenance.
* Any other responsibilities as assigned or required.
Job Duties
* Review production plan and capacity setup to make sure the order fulfilment on time [Meeting UPH requirements whilst improving UPPH].
* Production management to achieve the KPI targets in productivity, scrap, quality and safety etc.
* Based on demand plan, improve productivity including [Monitor material supply status, line setup / equipment utilization / headcount control / production layout].
* Monitor production discipline [Tally chart rules & work shop 6s standardization and discipline define & sustain and improve continuously].
* Monthly / quarterly / annual performance appraisal, motivation, training in operation department.
* Production manpower management and effective measure for OT control.
* Make certain that the productions meet manufacturing objectives [Oversee the coordination of plant maintenance without machinery/equipment/tooling malfunction interruptions & OEE improvement action].
* Drive effective training for certification and multi-skills for DL’s/IDL’s, design and push the training matrices and development plan for all production floor.
* Drive lean concept [CWI & CCI, 6S improvement & maintenance, tally chart implementation, one pcs/maximum pcs flow implementation & sustain] and activity happened in production areas to meet business target.
* Drive cross team to do Process Failure Modes Effects Analysis (PFMEA) identify critical risks in the production processes to drive improvement and eliminate industrial safety incidents.
* Responsible for the coordination of any other project assigned by operations manager especially on Auto new project launch.
Qualifications
* At least10 year’s related working experience, Lean manufacture experience is preferred.
* Fluent written and verbal English is preferable, familiar with Words, Excel, Power point use.
* Excellent experience working and leading teams working across brand, knowledge of the order fulfill and manufacturing process across the value chains, Knowledge of project management is preferable.
* Strong ability on leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and problem solving ability.
