Job Description

 A company listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange with seating products for automotive and aero space industry

 

1.带领团队负责制定及管控产品生产流程中的生产工艺，不断检讨其合理性并优化；

Lead the team and be responsible for the formulation and control of the production process in the production process, and constantly review its rationality and optimization;

2.在新产品研发阶段针对制造工艺提出设计优化建议；

 Put forward design optimization suggestions for manufacturing process in the stage of new product development ;

3.处理新产品NPI阶段、量产阶段生产现场的工艺问题，并输出改善报告；

Deal with the problems occurred in NPI stage and mass production stage, and come up with the report for improvement;

4.生产、测试夹治具的设计、申请与跟进，以及测试作业指导的编写与测试覆盖率的优化；

Be responsible for the design, application and follow-up of production and test fixture, the preparation of test operation guidance and the optimization of test coverage;

5.对新材料、新工艺、新设备的导入过程管控；

Control the launch process of new materials, new processes and new equipment;

6.主导完成研发转量产的签样承认，组织MD，ID，硬件开发等完成；

Lead to complete the sample approval of R & D to mass production, organize MD, ID, hardware development, etc;

7.监督和纠正生产现场不合理的、不符合工艺流程的作业行为；

Supervise and correct unreasonable and non-conforming operation behaviors on the production site;

8.ECN/ECR的确认、发行与追踪；

Confirmation, issuance and tracking of ECN / ECR;

9.制定因品质不良造成的返工方案，并现场指导。

 

Make rework plan due to poor quality, and provide on-site guidance.

Job Requirements

 1.机械类相关专业，全日制本科学历；

Mechanical related major, full-time bachelor degree;

2.从事汽车座椅工艺岗位5年以上工作经验；

More than 5 years of working experience in auto seating

3.熟悉汽车座椅生产加工工艺，对生产现场管理有丰富的经验积累；

Be familiar with the production process of automobile seat, and have rich experience in production site management;

4.熟悉物料、结构类物料不良处理；

Be familiar with material and structural material defecting ;

5.自我驱动型性格，工作态度端正，责任心强。

Self driven personality, good working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
