Job responsibilities
1、全权负责开拓国内LED灯具市场，实现业绩目标。
Fully responsible for developing the domestic LED lighting market to achieve performance targets
2、行业内新客户的开发，维护客户关系，以及发展售后服务业务，产品推广，持续性的对于潜在客户的发展。
Develop new customers in responsible for area / segment.Maintain customers’relationship, and develop service sales.Promote full range of products.Continue to develop potential customers.
3、统筹协调公司各部门资源，响应客户对技术服务和产品开发方面的要求， 组织新产品的策划、开发、导入、推广等，以及产品的生命周期管理。
To coordinate other departments, customers responding to the requirements of technical service and product development,to be responsible for the product planning, developing, NPI and promotion, as well as product life cycle management
4、市场分析：包括客户，市场情况，竞争对手，与经销售渠道建立联系，以及进行产品策略、销售计划和发展业务机会的沟通。
Analyze the market evolution: customer, competition, market situation.Liaise with the local distribution sales channels on product strategy, sales plans and on opportunities to improve and grow business.
Job Requirements
1、本科或研究生以上学历， 电子类专业优先；
Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic is preferred
2、具备10年以上LED行业经验，其中有3年以上的市场经验，熟悉LED行业上下游，工作业绩优秀；具国际或国内优秀同业工作经验者尤盼；
More than 10 years of experience in the LED industry , including 3 years of marketing experience. familiar with the upstream and downstream industry of LED, with proven job record.
3、专业素养高，综合素质佳、综合能力强，尤具良好的洞察力、亲和力、分析能力、规划能力、组织能力、沟通能力，和团队管理能力，善于识别潜在的商业机会，并促成合作；
Professional, comprehensivly strong ability with good insight, affinity, good skills of analyzing, planning, organizing, commucating, and team management, expertise at identifying potential business opportunities, and to facilitate collaboration
4、语言能力强，英语水平高优先，有海外留学或工作经验者优先；
Good command of English and overseas study or working experience is preferred
5、优秀的人际沟通和协调能力，良好的团队合作精神。
