Job Description

 Area of Responsibility / Duties:      

1、Calendar and Meeting management for the CFO

2、Preparation and supporting of financial and management reporting or special reporting required by the managers.

3、Support in commercial and legal aspects, prepare and/or review of contracts, letters of agreement and other documents to ensure legal compliance.

4、Contract and document management

5、Translations for meeting or documents.

6、Interfaces: Finance HR other departments, and related persons in the German headquater

Applies for all areas:

            Objectively correct and timely execution of the individual tasks and their illustration and documentation in the respective standard system of the Group, according to currently valid process description

            Involvement and support in the implementation of new processes and technologies

            Independently organizing the area of responsibility and the workplace with the direct supervisor, in compliance with the applicable company agreements and guidelines

Job Requirements

 Bachelor degree in law faculty, finance background is a plus.

Fluent English and German in speaking and writing

Good skills in Excel and Power Point, SAP experience is a plus

More than 3 years relevant working experiences

Capability & sense of responsibility

Good communication and coordination skills
