Job Description




(1) 了解业务部门的战略,为业务部门的战略落地提供建议、规划并参与实施;

    Understand the strategy of the business department, provide suggestions, plan and participate in the implementation of the strategy of the business department;


(2) 为业务部门的团队发展提供人力资源支持,在招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬、员工关系等方面为业务部门提供有效的解决方案并实施;

   Provide human resource support for the team development of business department, and provide effective solutions for business department in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary, employee relationship, etc;


(3) 负责完善业务部门的人力资源的制度、流程、体系;提升人力资源运作效率;

   Responsible for improving the human resources system, process and system of the business department; improving the operation efficiency of human resources;


(4) 传承公司文化,发扬价值观,建设沟通渠道,保证组织的持续健康成长;

   Inherit company culture, develop values, build communication channels to ensure the sustained and healthy growth of the organization;


(5) 主动与管理层、业务主管及员工进行多种形式的接触和有效沟通,保证信息在不同层级间的有效传递;

   Actively keep internal communication with management team, business executives and employees to ensure the effective transmission of information among different levels;


(6) 承接公司及各部下达的人力资源相关工作,并兼任一部分业务部门的综合行政工作。

   Undertake the HR-related tasks assigned by management and each department, and involved in par of the administrative work  for the business departments.

Job Requirements





   Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or above of working experience in HR, 1 year or above hrbp experience;



  Familiar with the whole system of HR management, expertise in HR, and experienced in recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, organizational culture, organizational development, etc;



   Have a business acument, be able to clarify the logical relationship between customers and products, and be able to promote HR work from the outside to the inside;



   Strong ability of thinking in a structural and systematic way, judging independently and logicallt, good communication skill , learning ability, initiative, sense of responsibility, can work under pressue
