Job Description

 Our client is an international manufacturer of Automotive equipment, which is a publicly listed in Europe, running the business with over 50 years Globally. Offering the Automotive services with More than 40,000 machinery installed locally with the dealer through 80 countries, armed with around 2,000 professionals. 

Title: National Service Manager
Location: Shanghai 
Reporting Line: Managing Director China based in Shanghai
EVP& Director Global Service based in Europe
Job Responsibilities
1.    Business leadership as well as people management for Service  
2.    Strategy development to achieve sustainable growth of Service  
3.    Budget planning (top line/bottom line) for Services in China as well as responsibility to achieve Service business goals and objectives  
4.    Definition, implementation and continuous update of Service KPI’s  
5.    Contribution to international Service projects  
6.    Alignment with Sales on commercial offerings (extend of service contracts, service levels and pricing)  
7.    Handling of customer complaints  
8.     As the representative for Services customers  
9.    Measure and oversee the service & installation back-office team.             
10. Work with the back-office team to ensure good use of service engineers.  
11. Oversee the use of third party for service and machine installation in corporation with the installation back-office team  
12. Set up training plan to improve skill of team

Job Requirements


1.    Bachelor  degree or above with major in mechanical or automation major  
2.    Extensive knowledge and experience in service processes and service organizations.  
3.    Several years of leadership experience as well as P&L responsibility.  
4.    Strong presentation and facilitation skills  
5.    Solid oral and written communication skills both in Mandarin and English  
6.    Adhere to a high level of professionalism by demonstrating ethical behavior and integrity.  
7.    Familiar with challenges of a matrix organization
