§ Identify opportunities for improvement in factories and work in coordination with all areas of operations, production, quality and the front end, utilizing the latest and best in class tools and methodologies that include but are not limited to: LSS DMAIC, Visual factory, DPA, 7 Wastes, 5S
§ Own, develop and maintain a TQM metrics share point dashboard coaching manager and sharing best in practice ideas that help them succeed and make change sustainable.
§ Support the G.M. in other core cross functional C.I. business improvement projects that relate to local and group KPI’s as assigned as well implementing ‘Dantotsu’ & other motivational ideas to engage and reward our teams.
§ Input and governance support on SMART and motivational recognition programs and methods empowering and engaging employees towards continuous improvement at ‘all’ levels.
§ Driving and supporting the existing Kaizen LSS teams to greater successes.
§ Complete budgets and simple ROI’s / ROCE's.
§ Research, identify and propose new machinery, equipment, systems that support business KPI’s and model the R.O.I.’s / R.O.C.E’s alongside your proposals using the knowledge and synergies internal and external to the business.
§ Other responsibilities assigned by your business supervisor.
§ BA in an Engineering based subject.MBA is Plus.
§ Fluent written and conversational English capabilities [CET6].
§ Minimum 5 years exemplary track record of results in an International company.
ü Prolific PC skills i.e. generating charts, graphs and dashboards.
ü Ability to work with personnel at different organizational levels.
ü Possess highly developed soft skills to coordinate cross functional teams with different abilities and skills ranges.
ü Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively the sticking to the points and objectives.
ü Able to influence and motivate all staff to deliver tangible and verifiable expected goals when working with non-direct reports.
ü Demonstrate superior analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
ü Able and accustomed to work under pressure with aggressive goals and in a demanding environment.
