Job Title: Sales Director 
Reporting to GM-Asia Pacific
Location: Flexible
Main accountabilities/Activities:
1.Develop sales strategy to accelerate sales growth and achieve financial target
2. Along with the GM, contribute to the development of the China sales strategy, translating the Group/Regional strategies into actionable strategies and initiatives in China.
3.Develop and manage the sales forecast and planning. Work closely together with Sales Planning and Logistics to ensure alignment on customer priorities within Supply Chain and Logistics.
4.Focus on offline business as project and business development
5. Develop sales function policies to build up and upgrade sales team capability to meet company target
6. Develop sales plans, break down sales targets and manage sales team’s daily activities well
7. Well manage price positioning in market, control sales daily expense and meet gross margin target in finance
8. Develop channel plan to strengthen penetration and coverage then meet annual target by high quality
9. Work with cross function team to deliver high quality sales forecast termly and meet finance target
10. Customer and competitor analysis on assigned segments and accounts


Job Requirements:


1. Bachelor  Degree or above with Engineerng related major. MBA is preferred.
2. More than 15 years of work experience, no less than 5 years as leader, managed sales size more than  20 people, and annual sales revenue above 100 million.
3. Strategic thinking, quickly and accurately identifies the cause of the problem, propose solutions, implementation, and be good at sales team building and managing.
4. Results-oriented and entrepreneurial.
5. Strong market sense and sensitive in numbers, demonstrable track sales record and analyze, supervise the sales performance, reach the company's targets.
6. The knowledge required: business management, economic law, financial management, sales management, the company's products and technology etc.
