However, D1job.com reserves the right to aggregate these information to perform demographic and other analysis and provide the aggregated results to our corporate clients.

Registered members that post their resumes at D1job.com can control access to their resume by selecting one of 5 privacy options:

Your resume will be available for search by the selected employers.
o                          Visible to everyone except selected employers
Your resume will only be available for search by everyone except the selected employers.

Your resume will not be available for search by anyone.

Only your name will be hided for the search results

when you registered as one member of D1job.com, you have agreed on the conduct the people who purchase our services have the right to search and use your information for a legal purpose, we will not bear any responsibilities should any disputes arise from this, and on the hand, you are aware of that any of third parties(like hackers) may invade our database which may result in the leak of your information, we will not bear any responsibilities should any damage arise from this
 
                  Editing and deleting information
Our members can edit and delete their own personal information on D1job.com at any time. No other third party will have access to a member's personal information. However, D1job.com reserves the right to remove any information found to be false, inaccurate or inappropriate.

The Company does not make any guarantees or commitments as to the number and type of members and visitors that any particular job postings posted at its web site will generate. The Company is not legally liable for any of the contents found on links to and from other web sites.
Web Site Use
A. Specific Prohibited Use
The web site may only be used for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and employers seeking employees. Specifically, the Company also does not permit members and visitors to use the web site for any of the following purposes:
(1) Posting false, inaccurate, incomplete and misleading information on the resume. Posting any information that is not related to the resume, including but not limited to opinions and suggestions, notices, commercial advertisements or other contents unrelated to the job search and employment process;
(2) Competitors of the Company using the information found on the web site to obtain contact with employers using the web site to recruit employees;
(3) Unauthorized deletion, modification or any information posted or provided by other members and visitors (both individuals and business entities) to the web site;
(4) Unauthorized printing, copying or replication, distribution or use of any of the personal information of job seekers. Unauthorized printing, copying or replication, distribution or use of any of the business and recruitment information provided by recruiting companies. Without prior written consent, members and visitors of the web site are prohibited from contacting individuals and companies that have posted or provided information to the web site through the use of email, telephone, fax, or via post.

B. Web Site Security
Members are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security measures of the web site. These measures include but are not limited to:
(1) Unauthorized access to data or information through unauthorized servers and accounts;
(2) Unauthorized attempts to explore, test and exploit the weaknesses of the system and architecture of the web site or break down or cripple and penetrate the security measures of the web site;
(3) Attempts to interfere with the services provide by the web site to the user and on the Internet, including but not limited to: demand overload, "mail bomb" and other destructive methods, approaches and techniques;
(4) Distribution of promotional or solicitation materials, advertisements and other marketing information for products and services via email;

(2) Any violation to third-party copyright or intellectual property rights; any attempts or acts to interfere or violate trade secrets, privacy and other rights;
(3) Any attempts or acts to use the web site to transmit, distribute, store information that is defamatory, slanderous, threatening or obscene.
Suspension and Termination of Use
Members and visitors found to have undertaken unlawful, unauthorized and prohibited usage of the contents of the web site will receive written notice from the Company to cease such usage.
